ACAROM - ODETTE Romania 

On the January 17th 2006, was created as a subsidiary of Odette International a new organization called ACAROM - ODETTE Romania, and Mr Constantin STROE - President General Manager ACAROM was nominated as President of this new organization. 

In this way, ACAROM became member of an international group that has activities in standardization of: Logistics Engineering, Electronic trade, ENX (European Network Exchange data transfer), standards already adopted and implemented at the European car manufacturers level. 

As a member of Odette International, ACAROM - Odette Romania it's in the same family with similar European countries organizations with experience and tradition in automotive as:  GALIA - ODETTE France, VDA - ODETTE Germany, ANFAC - ODETTE Spain, ODETTE Sweden, SMMT - ODETTE England, ODETTE Czech Republic, ODETTE Benelux. 

ACAROM - Odette Romania coordinates a national Logistic Committee, which has as goal to offer the necessary support to the Romanian automotive suppliers for the implementation of the Odette standards, organizing workshops concerning new logistic requirements and the implementation schedule. 

At the same time, ACAROM develops training programs in the logistic field which are build accordingly with the logistic knowledge of those who are interested in it, also offering support for the application of the knowledge's achieved during the training programs.
